Our Office of Ministry Placement partners with each student to achieve professional goals each year, hosts connection events, and even provides resources to you well after you graduate and have secured a role. Their intentional relationships with over 15,000 ministries and churches around the world give you numerous options to choose from to launch into your career.

ARC & GrowLeader

Highlands College partners in placement with a network of over 13,000 churches through two organizations: the Association of Related Churches (ARC), which works with church planters and church leaders to provide support, guidance, and resources to launch and grow life-giving churches; and GrowLeader, which helps existing churches grow so they can reach their cities for Jesus.
