Highlands College offers a unique experience for adults who want to grow in their leadership. The Evening Program at Highlands College will benefit students who are looking for an in-depth look at Church of the Highlands’ systems and processes and want to apply the same leadership principles to their everyday life. In the Core program, students grow as leaders in their jobs, homes, and church. The Core-Plus program is available to students who want to transition to a career in full-time vocational ministry and are ready to take a leap of faith to move wherever God calls them.
Core students will attend a Ministry Leadership class each Tuesday evening. These classes are strategically designed to train students in ministry and leadership principles.

Core-Plus students will attend a Ministry Training lab each Tuesday evening. During this lab, church staff will train students in multiple areas, teaching the principles and skills necessary for vocational ministry.
The Weekend Experience course is designed for students to engage with the local church by serving on the Church of the Highlands Dream Team. Each student will worship one church service and serve one church service every Sunday while attending Highlands College. The goal of this class is for students to learn the value of service to the local church and its impact on the Great Commission while gaining the skills only learned through experience.
Students will choose a Directed Study on which to focus during their two years in Highlands College. Each Directed Study will have standards that must be completed before graduation.
Must take a Church of the Highlands mission trip while enrolled in Highlands College.
Complete a weekly workout log.
Complete the Highlands College 10k.
Attend a Freedom group and the Freedom Conference.
Attend a Financial small group, selecting from those available in the Financial Hub.
Lead a small group during the 3rd and 4th semesters of Highlands College.
